Your mental health should always be priority

In today’s world, we are constantly busy training in the studio, performing on stage, attending school or work, seeing friends and family… it never stops. In March, we are taking a moment to pause.

March’s pop-up workshop will explore self-care and mindfulness for Bloomies. Anita Cheung will lead us through an introduction to meditation and bring conversations around self-care. You will walk out of this workshop with actionable tips on how to reduce stress before a dance performance and in daily life. Prepare yourself to feel relaxed, grounded & energized.

POP-UP includes:

  • An inclusive space to feel supported and understood.

  • Educative workshop offered by an expert in her field.

  • Moments to seek for future opportunities among members of our community.

About Anita Cheung @ineeeda 
Anita is passionate about mental health and has been in the wellness industry for over 8 years. As a yoga therapist and meditation teacher, she co-founded Canada's first modern meditation studio two years ago. These days, she spends her time "In Bed With Betty" @meet.betty - an online meditation subscription service and community run through Instagram. Offering "Real Live Beditations for Real Lazy People", Betty is a self care snooze club targeted to young millennials and gen-z folks who want to wake up feeling, and doing better. 

Registration opens at 5pm. Everyone interested in this topic is invited to join us, but a minimum of 13 years of age is required to attend.
