Your mental health should always be priority
In today’s world, we are constantly busy training in the studio, performing on stage, attending school or work, seeing friends and family… it never stops. In March, we are taking a moment to pause.
March’s pop-up workshop will explore self-care and mindfulness for Bloomies. Anita Cheung will lead us through an introduction to meditation and bring conversations around self-care. You will walk out of this workshop with actionable tips on how to reduce stress before a dance performance and in daily life. Prepare yourself to feel relaxed, grounded & energized.
An inclusive space to feel supported and understood.
Educative workshop offered by an expert in her field.
Moments to seek for future opportunities among members of our community.
